This sustainable and ethical tube scarf from the loud + proud brand is made of 100% organic cotton and certified according to the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS). It features a fine waffle texture and a discreet brand flag on the back seam.

loud + proud was founded in 2008 by a mother of two who previously worked as a designer of sportswear. After the birth of her children, she wanted to create an alternative and produce baby and children's clothing from sustainable materials under fair working conditions. The brand stands for "loud children and proud parents."

All loud + proud products are sustainably, ecologically, and fairly produced in Europe. The organic cotton used is grown without the use of harmful chemicals, and the garments are manufactured in Portugal, Hungary, and the brand's own sewing facility in Germany, ensuring short transport routes and better production control.

The GOTS certification guarantees that the entire supply chain, from the organic cultivation of the cotton to the final product, meets strict ecological and social criteria. This includes the prohibition of pesticides and other pollutants, the use of only approved dyes and water-based printing inks, as well as the payment of living wages, health and safety protection, and the right to organize for the workers.

The snood is machine washable at 30°C and can be tumble dried, although air drying is recommended to prevent pilling. Due to the natural properties of organic cotton, it is normal for the fabric to shrink by up to 5% during the first wash.
